Hoot-erffic Graduation card

It's that time of year- graduation season!  I made a graduation card, using Create A Critter (part of my card series with CAC/CAC2).  I'm going to link it to the Fantabulous Cricut "Congratulations Graduate" challenge.  My graduation owl (he's a very learned kind of owl) uses the American Crafts Hip Hip Hooray paper pack I picked up on a whim at Target one day (not exactly a craft mecca usually, but I check it out when I'm there occasionally and this time was a win!).  I used a My Pink Stamper collection for the sentiments.

Ruff Day Card

Here's another card from the set I'm making, using the  Create a Critter cartridges.  I got the idea for this one from the sentiment, which is from a My Pink Stamper set.  The postage stamp background shape is a Nestablilites die, given to me by my lovely friend Sandy.  The print paper is from the American Crafts Hip Hip Hooray collection and I found the Kraft card base at Hobby Lobby.  The buttons are Stampin Up from the stash.

Roar birthday card

I'd roar if it was my birthday-how about you?  The lion from Create A Critter 2 is ready to party for someone's birthday!  This is another card for my Create a Critters collection (the rest can be found under the CAC and CAC2 tags on the sidebar).  The paper is from the American Crafts Hip Hip Hooray collection.  I'm going to link this to the Cut it Up challenge to use a lion or lamb on a project.

Dino-mite! card

This cute little dino card is another in my collection of Create A Critter cards.  I used Elegant Edges for the background shape.  He's all fun in blue prints for a boy birthday.  He's got a mix of papers, from Echo Park, American Crafts, and CTMH, and Stampin Up.  The sentiment is from a My Pink Stamper set.

Horsin' Around card for Exploring Cricut

I'm going to be on the design team for the Exploring Cricut challenge blog for awhile!  Should be lots of fun!  The challenge theme this time is "Love your pet" (or any animal project-obviously I don't really have a horse...).   So link up and show off your pet project at Exploring Cricut!

My adorable pony is from the Create A Critter cartridge.  (I have been dying to use this Horsin' Around stamp for a year!)  This card is another in my card set using the Create A Critter cartridges, and I wanted it to be kind of flexible-usable for a birthday, hello, congrats, or whatever.  So the Yee Haw inside sentiment seemed like the thing.  I thought the red check paper and twine added to the western feel.  You can see the other cards I've made for this set under the Create A Critter and Create A Critter2 indexes on the right.

What's up? card

I've got the coolest giraffe (complete with shades) hanging out on my card today!  He is making me feel springy, despite the 8 inches of snow that landed on the ground yesterday.)  I must admit I feel much less springy after shoveling snow this morning!!!!)  This is part of my card set from Create A Critter that I've been working on-you can see the others I've posted so far under the CAC or CAC2 tabs on the index.  The awesome paper is from the American Crafts Hip Hip Hooray collection.    I did not put a sentiment on the inside, as I wanted this one to be able to be used for about anything.

luv bug Valentine card

I am making a set of cards for a gift, using the Create a Critter cartridges for the cards.  This is the Valentine card I just made for the set.  The cute Valentine bug is from Create a Critter 2-isn't she sweet?  The happy paper is from a 6x6 pad by American Crafts from the Hip Hip Hooray collection and the stamp is from a My Pink Stamper set.

Tweeet....It's your bird-day card

The Die Cuttin' Divas sketch this week inspired this card design, which is going to be part of a set, all using the Create a Critter carts.   I was feeling the winter blahs, which I cured with some retail therapy, when I found this happy springy colored American Crafts 6x6 paper pad at Target, called Hip Hip Hooray.   The happy paper is inspiring me to make a bunch of happy cards!
