Snowman Christmas card

I've been playing with my beautiful Christmas paper from Stampin Up, plus my most-used cartridge lately, Doodlecharms.   I'm starting to make the Christmas cards and having a blast!  I'm going to add this to My Pink Stamper's Christmas card challenge.

Lunchbox mini cards

My younger boys had requested some "notes from Mom" in their lunchboxes (aww, what mom could resist that plea?).  The BBTB2 challenge to use a frog seemed like a good fit for boy themed notes.  I made a couple, including one with an alien and some sock monkeys (as they love their sock monkeys dearly).

Mini Golf

This layout uses Everyday Paperdolls to make my mini golfer.  I've gotta say making the paper doll people just takes me back to my childhood of making paper doll clothes with my sis-good times!  There is even a golf hole with a flag on this cart.  Who knew?  I actually use this cart alot more for the accessories and don't make the people often enough.  I'm also going to enter it in the Getting Scrappy Challenge-Getting Inky, since I inked the edges of my letters and the mini golfer and hole for a little fun.

Cat Mini (using Meow)

The kids loved the catnap layout and asked me to make a mini about our cat, Shadow.  So I broke out the Bella Blvd pet themed pack I'd bought on a whim, plus the Meow cartridge.  Most of the cricut cuts (except circles) are toward the back.

September Calendar Page

I've been making a calendar page each month and using it as a wall decoration for the month, then it goes in the scrapbook to start that month's pictures.  I'm finding Designer's Calendar makes it easy and my trusty Doodlecharms cart always seems to have just the right thing for decoration.  I'm also entering this in the Fantabulous Cricut challenge this week to use leaves in some way on the project.

Halloween

I love Halloween (except for the prices on costumes-$40 for a kid costume!!!) and my Mini Monsters cartridge.  These pics are from last Halloween.  Sorry for the bad lighting-just couldn't seem to get it any better.  Aren't the monsters just the cutest?

BOYZ

Sadly, swimming for the year is done.  It seems like fall has arrived, and while I'm enjoying the cooler weather, I'm missing some of the summer fun.  I got some pics of the last swimming day in the album with this layout.  I love the Echo Park Splash paper pack-super fun to work with!!!!!

Sorry about the messy scrap table in the background-I'm sure everyone else has a pristine scrap room, but I work best with some creative mess going on!
