summer fun layout

Happy Monday!  Hopefully, summer weather has found it's way to your part of the country and you are getting to enjoy  all the fun that sunny warm days have to offer, whether that is pool parties, popsicles, or picnics (just to name a few of my favorite summer things).  While it's been cooler and kind of rainy here the last few days, we've gotten to spend some time in the pool, which is my favorite summer thing!

I'm the host over at BBTB2 and I chose a summer fun challenge, which is going on over the next two weeks.  My scrapbook layout below has several cricut cuts from The Miss Kate Cuttables Splish Splash collection.  You can link up a project over at BBTB2 and see all the design team summer fun projects.

Opt Outside hiking layout

Happy Monday!  I hope you are getting to enjoy some lovely weather and summer fun this week!  Son#2 and I recently got to go hiking in Colorado and I made a layout for a few of those pictures.  All of the cricut cuts are from the CTMH You Are Here cartridge.  Even though it was the middle of May when we hiked, it was still snow covered up in the Rockies!

Father's Day

Happy Monday!  I'm really enjoying having the craziness of May over and a more relaxing June begin.  It's good to have all my boys around with Son#1 home from college.  I've been so ready for summer with it's more relaxed pace of life!  Bring on the pool and summer celebrations and holidays!

Speaking of holidays, our BBTB2 challenge for this two weeks features a Father's Day theme.  Here's your chance to make something special for the Dad in your life or for your kids to give to their Dad.  My dad enjoys golfing regularly with friends, so when I saw this golf card on cricut access, it seemed like a perfect fit.  I made it tall to fit in a business envelope and it was super simple to cut and make!  Ideal for a quick and easy card!  It was from the Summer Celebrations cartridge.  You can see the design team's projects over at BBTB2 and link one up to share with us there.
