It's a Disney challenge this week at Exploring Cricut! I love all things Disney, so I was VERY excited to dig into my stack of Disney pictures waiting for a scrapbook home. I made a layout for some pictures of my boys at Downtown Disney, many of which were taken at the LEGO store. (It is the biggest LEGO store I have ever seen-if you have boys, definitely a must see!) I used the Mickey and Friends cartridge for pictures of Donald Duck and his boat and other cuts and the Mickey Font for the title. The Mickey Font is one of my absolute favorite fonts-so chunky and fun! The Disney cut is also on the Mickey Font cartridge.
Did you know you can take a boat ride to Downtown Disney from many of the DisneyWorld hotels? That's how I got these shots from the water! It was super fun and relaxing to cruise down the river to get there.
Cricut
Mickey Font-titles
Mickey and Friends-all other cuts (Donald and the boat are both cut at 5 inches, anchor at 21/2 inches, little sailboat at 11/2 inches)
Paper-print is from a Disney stack, solids CTMH
brown chalk ink
Paper
So I will leave you with the fun Disney game we play over dinner sometimes for a laugh-which Disney character are you? The funny part is that your dining companions have to decide, and it's not always the character you think you should be. For example, I really feel like I should be Ariel or Minnnie Mouse, but my family does not agree and made me be Pooh! Try it-it's pretty hilarious. And join us for our challenge at Exploring Cricut this week :)
