Happy Monday! Did you have a good 4th of July weekend? I think I'm going to need a day or two to recover from mine, lol! Work was kinda crazy but the fireworks were awesome on the 4th! On to BBTB2 business….the challenge this week is use a cricut tree, and there are so many to choose from that I had a hard time deciding which one to use. I was scrapping some vacation pics from last year's trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and finally decided the tree from Doodlecharms was the one for my layout. The tree and sun are from Doodlecharms and the border of moose is from Animal Kingdom, along with the title. The camera is one of the badges from Camping Critters to finish it all off. Hope you will join us with a tree project!
Cricut:
Doodlecharms-sun cut at 3 1/2 inches, trees cut at 5 1/2 and 6 inches
Animal Kingdom-moose border cut at 4 1/2 inches, Wildlife title cut at 1 1/2 inches
Camping Critters-camera on badge cut at 2 1/2 inches
Paper-Echo Park Happy Camper bg paper, CTMH solids

Your layout is perfect Michelle! I love the die cuts you used, Animal Kingdom has such great animals on it and the border works perfectly with your pictures. Which I love by the way! I can imagine work was crazy on the 4th as so many accidents happen, thank you for being an awesome person and working! Not that the health care people have a choice, but you are still great! Our 4th rained all day, but cleared off for the fireworks which we didn't not see. lol It was just to damp and cool for us to sit out and watch them. Maybe next year. Glad that you got to enjoy them my friend. Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteAnother great LO, Michelle! I am just wondering how you get time to do such amazingly detailed layouts. Every one looks so well pland in theme and small details.
ReplyDeleteWhat great pictures of the wildlife to go with your layout this week. Love the animals and trees in the background. I am so far behind, I just scrap as I like these days - someday I'll finish a whole album like I used to do.

I like that you used some of the older cartridges to make your fabulous layout. The pictures are so pretty and I know how beautiful this park is. We visited this park many years ago, when our kids were much younger. I love all the moose in your layout, the trees and the wonderful design.
ReplyDeleteAwesome layout Michelle!!! Love the moose, the sun and those great trees!! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat layout - again - Michelle!! :) Your photos are PERFECT for the layout you created. And the trees are perfect on that layout! You are a scrapbooking rockstar!
