Have an "ice day" card

I made this winter thank you card for the Die Cutting' Divas sketch challenge this week, with more of the Bo Bunny Powder Mountain paper.  Lovin' this paper pack!  The penguin and igloo are from Create A Critter and the stamp is from the My Pink Stamper Winter Punnies set.  We watched the movie Mr. Popper's Penguins over the holiday, so the kids will get a kick out of having a penguin thank you card.  (They would be more enthused with real live penguins like Mr. Popper....but this will have to do, lol!)

Sorry my lighting is bad for the inside of the card picture!

Cricut:
Create A Critter-penguin and igloo
Paper-Bo Bunny Powder Mountain prints, CM solid cardstock
Stamp-My Pink Stamper Winter Punnies set
pearls-Theresa Collins
brown chalk ink for the edges, Stampin Up Close to Cocoa for the stamping
Sizzix snowflake embossing folder

  1. Oh, I really like the layering in this card! Especially the extra pop the pearls give to it. I would love a real penguin too if I were your kids, but this one is adorable too! haha

  5. Super cute!!!!!!!!
I'm so excited that Santa brought me a Silhouette Cameo for Xmas!
After exclusively cutting w/ the Cricut for the last 4 years? I think...I'm so ready for something new!
I say that because I use Create a Critter all the time, and love it and want the new one but still...LOL!

Anyways, I hope your holiday season was great. We had gotten super sick around here so that took away
almost 3 weeks of our holiday! Ack! But all is well now, just need to get back in the routine, ya know?

    Take care! ~Leah
